the roads of perfection

Post  lemski on Tue Jan 25, 2011 10:09 pm

well, firstly the s bends going from north thorsby all the way to north cotes, full ov lovly mostly smooth road, and a bridge round a corner. no potholes either. a few places to over take, but alot of flowing coners then sharp corners, back to flowing. awesome for a lowered car.

secondly i would say road to binbrook. pot holes are abit dotted around the place but going up and down hills round corners is really good.

thirdly, back road to skeggvegas. fuking perfect country roads.

finally if you are ever in the forest of dean in gloucester, its like a hill climb course, fucking lovely, single track lanes, with a drop on one side into a river, there is not much room for error

The road from caistor to brigg is mega sweet either way if you gun the entire length, starting at frost's garden centre and finishing at the 50 signs when you come into caistor.

The road from binbrook to rothwell is pretty cool, especialy the massive double set of s bends that connect when dipping into thorseway.

Rothwell to swallow is pretty good too, massive hedges though with a nice set of 90s. Pretty hairy with the amount of tractors. Runs alot better from rothwell to swallow as then you hit the big s bends heading up hill.

barton to brigg is also good, have to got he back way though, you come down a steep hill on tristes, bit of a dropp you have to slow for over the rail crossing, but its a lovely bit of a road if you happen to be going that way.

the road from ulceby cross (near alford) to cadwell park the old bluestone heath road, once youve drove it a few times its great, good flowing road with diffo corners and bends etc.... and i always drive a little bit quicker on the way home from a trackday as you still have it in your system lol....

the road from louth bypass to wragby, i hated it as first when i started my new job in lincoln, but as i got used to it its quite a fast stretch of road with some good corners and strange cambers in places, but once your used to it , its all good!! ...

my other fave road is santa pod lol.....

haha
